Banana Turmeric Smoothie

When I know I could benefit from some extra potassium and anti-inflammatories this is a perfect little pick-me-up. Usually I add in protein powder or other supplements to my smoothies when I’m having them as a meal, but when I’m just looking for a simple snack I know I can blend up these ingredients to hold me over.

Ingredients

1 cup Oat Milk
1 frozen Banana
2 Pinches of Turmeric
Pinch of Nutmeg
1 tsp ground Flax Seeds
