Ingredients:

1 9” Rollable Pie Crust
6 oz Whipped Tofu Cream Cheese
2 Green Onions
Tomato Lox
Everything Bagel Seasoning
Capers
Fresh Chives
1/4 Shallot
Fresh Dill
1 tbs Egg for egg wash (can use water or vegan egg to keep vegan)

Pre heat the oven to 375°F

Slice one of your Green Onions and fold into your Tofu Cream Cheese with 1 tbs Everything Bagel Seasoning.

Place your pie crust flat on parchment paper & Spread Tofu Cream Cheese Mixture in an even 7.5-8” circle in the center of the crust.

Top with Tomato Lox & fold the pie crust over the Cream Cheese and pleat the remainder of the circle. (the cream cheese should be touching the inner fold of the crust.

Brush the pleated pie crust with egg wash and sprinkle with additional everything bagel seasoning.

Bake for 30 minutes until the crust becomes golden brown..

Garnish with Sliced Scallions, Capers, Sliced Shallot & fresh Dill.

Serve immediately or at room temperature. You can also prep the pie, refrigerate overnight and bake and garnish for an easy brunch recipe. (allow pie to come to room temperature before baking for best results)
