Brownie Chunk Protein Balls

Ingredients

5-6 Large Medjool Dates (pitted)
1 tbs Chocolate Protein Powder
1.5 tsp Cacao Powder
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 tsp Chocolate Chunks (I use 100% cacao chocolate bars chopped into
Water (approx 2.5 tsp)

Mince your dates until they create the consistency of a sticky paste. With a rubber spatula, fold in the Chocolate Protein Powder, Cacao Powder & Vanilla Extract.

As the ingredients begin to combine add water 1/2 tsp at a time until you reach a consistency that is able to be molded, but is not sticky. If you add too much water, add small amounts of Cacao Powder to counteract the wetness.

Once you have achieved the desired consistency, fold in your Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels & use a melon baller to portion out your balls & shape into little spheres. Garnish by sifting additional Cacao Powder on top & enjoy immediately or store for a small snack throughout the week.
