Sweetened Condensed Milk Pound Cake
Preheat your oven to 350 F and line your cake tins with parchment paper.
Sift together the AP Flour, Baking Powder & Salt.
In a separate container whisk together the, Sweetened Condensed Coconut Milk, Eggs, Egg Whites, Vanilla Extract, and Melted Butter. Mix into the dry ingredients.
Evenly distribute your batter into your prepped cake pans.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick stuck into the center of the cake comes out completely clean.
Allow to cool before removing from the cake pan.
Once cooled, sift Cinnamon & Powdered Sugar over the cakes before serving.
Yields: 3 5” round cake tins
