Peanut Butter Protein Balls by Made on Sundays

Ingredients

5-6 Large Medjool Dates (pitted)
1.5 tbs Peanut Butter Powder
1 tsp Maca Powder
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Water (approx 2.5 tsp)

Mince your dates until they create the consistency of a sticky paste. With a rubber spatula, fold in the Peanut Butter Powder, Maca Powder & Vanilla Extract.

As the ingredients begin to combine add water 1/2 tsp at a time until you reach a consistency that is able to be molded, but is not sticky. If you add too much water, add small amounts of Peanut Butter Powder to counteract the wetness.

Once you have achieved the desired consistency, use a melon baller to portion out your balls & shape into little spheres. Garnish with a half peanut if you’d like & enjoy immediately or store for a small snack throughout the week.
