Chocolate Chip Protein Balls
Mince your dates until they create the consistency of a sticky paste. With a rubber spatula, fold in the Vanilla Protein Powder, Maca Powder & Vanilla Extract.
As the ingredients begin to combine add water 1/2 tsp at a time until you reach a consistency that is able to be molded, but is not sticky. If you add too much water, add small amounts of Vanilla Protein Powder to counteract the wetness.
Once you have achieved the desired consistency, fold in your Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels & use a melon baller to portion out your balls & shape into little spheres. Enjoy immediately or store for a small snack throughout the week.
