Vegan Creamy Lemon Dressing
This creamy and tart lemon dressing is a perfect complement to any green. It holds its own against a fibrous & heavy green like Kale, but also pairs perfectly with a light Butter Lettuce as well.
To make:
Whisk together the Vegan Mayo, Lemon Juice and Apple Cider Vinegar.
Add about a pinch each of the Dried Thyme, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Red Pepper Flakes, Dried Oregano, Nutritional Yeast, Sea Salt and Black Pepper.
Stir in a drizzle of Olive Oil to finish.
Store in a jar in the fridge until you’re ready to use on top of your favorite salad or even as a spread on a sandwich.
