Air Fryer Chickpea Croutons
These crispy chickpeas are the perfect way to add a lower carb option to a salad that still adds the texture you’re looking for.
Drain your Chickpeas, but save the Aquafaba to use in so many other recipes like Hummus or Vegan Butter.
Rinse and dry your Chickpeas completely. It’s important to dry your Chickpeas completely so that they really crisp up and become airy as opposed to roasting and becoming soft.
Once dried toss in a drizzle of Olive Oil and a few pinches of Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Dried Oregano, Nutritional Yeast, Sea Salt & Black Pepper.
Air fry at 350° 20 minutes, shaking every 5 minutes.
Add to any salad to add some crunch or enjoy as a crunchy snack.
